Our memberships give you access to all of our classes across all 3 gyms.


BOXFIT (For all levels of fitness & experience)

Boxfit is for anyone and everyone from beginners to pros. Our coaches take you through a high intensity workout, while still allowing you to go at your own pace, providing you with encouragement the whole way through. BoxFit is a workout focussed primarily on the boxing bags, supported with floor exercises, running and core work. Our 30 minute BoxFit Xpress classes provide the same high intensity workout as a standard 45 minutes Boxfit class, but for those who may be shorter on time.

PADFIT (For all levels of fitness & experience)

PadFit encompasses all that is Boxfit, and puts it onto the focus pads. Working in pairs, you’re coached through pad work, floor exercises, running and core work to give you a fun workout guaranteed to get those endorphins cranking.

BASIC SKILLS (For all levels of fitness & experience)

Basic Skills slows things right down, covering all the essential skills and techniques to build a great boxing foundation. This class covers footwork, movement, punches and other important foundational skills, not only is it great for beginners wanting to learn the art of boxing, but also for more experienced boxers wanting to hone their skills.

SKILLS (For the experienced)

Advanced skills is best for people who have mastered the basic skills classes or have experience with boxing. This class builds on the above initial skills and techniques, and goes deeper into the art of boxing like strategy, defence, phases etc.

FIGHTERS (For ONLY experienced)

Fighters classes are full contact, with drills based around sparring and fight preparation. For those wishing to attend these classes you will need to chat to a coach, as we don’t let just anyone into these classes (for the safety of all participants). We ask that you leave your ego at the door and only bring in a supportive, humble attitude.

KICKBOXING (For all levels of fitness & experience) 

Just as the name suggests - this one is all about kickboxing. We’ll cover a range of skills, pad work and occasionally (for the more advanced fighters) sparring.

HIIT (For all levels of fitness & experience) 

High intensity interval training involving weights, body weight movements and running. Our coaches set a challenging workout, encouraging you to push yourself while also giving technique and form corrections where necessary. Don’t let the weights scare you away! Our coaches offer alternative options if you are unsure of an exercise.

HIITBOX (For all levels of fitness & experience) 

HIITBox is an all-in-one class to burn calories, and grow lean muscle. The first part of the class is a short high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit style consisting of bodyweight exercises. Members then get a full recovery while putting on their hand wraps and gloves. The second part of the class is where we partner up and take turns performing a mixture of combinations on the bag. The class is super fun and guaranteed to motivate you to your next level! It caters to all levels and substitute exercises can be arranged for whatever reason.

WHAT TO BRING

Gloves & Wraps

We have gloves in the gym we can lend you. However, if you have your own bring them along! If you get caught out, we sell NZ Boxer gloves and wraps in the gym.

Water

Staying hydrated during our classes is a must. We have filtered water in the gym, so please bring a bottle along.

Towel

Hygiene is important at the gym. Please respect others and the space and wipe down equipment or sweat after sessions.

Appropriate footwear and clothing

Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and footwear.
