Which class should I trial? What is best for me?

BoxFit is our most popular class! Suitable for all fitness and experience levels, you’re guarenteed a good workout while experiencing a taste of the supportive WBG family culture and vibe. If you’ve never boxed before and are super nervous about learning a new skill, Basic Skills is the best place to start. Advanced skills and fighters classes are for more experienced boxers. What to bring

We have gloves you can use at both locations, just make sure to bring wraps (which we sell onsite), comfortable exercise clothing and footwear, a drink bottle and a towel.

Eeek I’m nervous! We got you, here is what to expect

It’s completely normal to feel nervous coming to a new gym and trial something new. Our trainers and members were once in your place so they understand. They are super welcoming and supportive. Remember, you are not meant to walk in knowing everything, that’s why we are here to help support and teach you where ever you are on your boxing journey. So come in, be kind to yourself and have fun! Progress will come with time.
