This class is designed to bring the more senior members of our community together to give them the opportunity to connect with others while enjoying some exercise.


WHERE: Wellington Boxing Gym Kilbirnie, 4-12 Cruickshank Street.

HOW LONG: 45 minutes 

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable workout attire with sturdy and supportive athletic footwear.

COST: Koha/ Donation.
