Terms and Conditions

Wellington Boxing Gym will be referred to as “WBG” and you the member will be “you”, or “your”.

Adult Memberships

Your membership (3 month, 6 month or 12 months) entitles you to unlimited access of all classes on the Kilbirnie, Lower Hutt and City timetables (unless stipulated differently in your contract). This membership does not include specialised classes such as youth classes, private training (PT) sessions or access to WBG facilities outside of the scheduled class times.

• Adult memberships are for 18 years and above only.

• Memberships are dual allowing you to attend all gyms (unless stipulated differently in your contract).

• Payments are arranged as per your contract agreement and are facilitated by Debit Success.

• Your weekly, fortnightly or monthly fee is non – refundable.

• Debit Success (our membership service provider) comes with a one off set up fee of $15.00.

• Dishonored payments come with a fee (which is stipulated in your contract ) which is collected from Debit Success.

• To terminate your membership, you must inform Debit Success on 0800 481 0400. Members must pay either $150 or 25% (whatever is greater) of the remaining balance of the contract if cancelling inside their minimum term. There is also a 10 day processing period of when you cancel your membership within or outside of your membership term period.

• The timetable is subject to change at any time. WBG reserves the right to not run classes on Public Holidays and have a reduced timetable over the Christmas and New Year period.

• You give permission for us to use imagery of yourself for marketing purposes. This could be images or videos we take during class times.

• You will receive your swipe card for FREE when signing up. If you misplace your card, one will need to be reissued at your expense.

• If you need to suspend your account under 2 weeks, you must call Debit Success on 0800 481 0400 to process. If you require a suspension longer than that period, you will need to come directly to us at Wellington Boxing Gym to process. Evidence to support your suspension is required.

Youth classes Memberships.

Your youth membership entitles you to attend the classes for the age range, school term you and location you selected. The three aged ranged options below:

• Kids classes for 8-12 year old’s.

• Teen girls youth classes for 13-17 year old’s.

• Teen boys youth classes for 13-17 year old’s.

• Teens (Lower Hutt) youth classes for 13-17 year old’s,

These memberships do not include the adult membership timetable, private training sessions or access to WBG facilities outside of the scheduled class times.

• Payments are made at time of registration, through our website.

• Your term fee is non – refundable.

• The weekly timetable is subject to change at any time. We will of course work with parents and caregivers if any changes are made. WBG reserves the right to not run classes on Public Holidays.

• You give permission for us to use imagery of our youth classes for marketing purposes. This could be images or videos we take during class times.

• The term cost remains the same regardless if the young person is attending one of the two classes per week or misses any sessions. It’s a flat term fee.

• Youth classes for Lower Hutt and Kilbirnie are separate. You can only attend the location you selected.

10 Trip Ticket, weekly pass and one off class passes.

Purchasing a 10 trip ticket, weekly pass or a one of class pass entitles you to any of the timetabled classes for the x amount of classes you have purchased. A 10 trip ticket, weekly pass or one off class pass purchase does not include specialised classes such as youth classes, private training sessions or access to WBG facilities outside of the scheduled class times.

• 10 trip ticket, weekly pass and one off class passes must be paid in full in advance by online payment or cash.

• The 10 trip ticket expires 3 months from the purchase date.

• One off class pass must be used on the day of purchase.

$30 promotions

This promotion runs for the calendar month advertised and has the following terms

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• This promotion is only for NEW members. If you have been with us before or are currently with us, you are not eligible

• Payment needs to be made before the promotion starts.

• You cannot transfer between people.

Responsibility of your own possessions

All members are responsible for their possessions while at WBG. We have lockers and space available at all sites to keep your gear and we hope and encourage people to be respectful of each others gear. However, we suggest anything valuable is kept off site.
